irs acceptance
any one having delays in irs acceptances?

That appears to be a little on the long side... But maybe there are issues at that particular center.. state acceptances sometimes take about that long...
I typically transmit my returns in the evening and check on them in the morning so 3 hours is well within my normal range. But in any case, you never know when Intuit's or the IRS's system is going to have a little hiccup so I wouldn't be too worried about it.
