invoice will not print

I can print the tax return, but it will not print an invoice. I receive, a message that says "Nested or mismatched repeatable state/city codes were found in invoice.

any thoughts on what to do?

I am having the same problem but I am getting NO error messages.  The print box says it was "successfully sent to the printer".  I go to the printer and no invoice.  I go and print again and sometimes it comes out and sometimes it does not.  Usually on the 3rd try I get something.

Also, SOMETIMES, it does come out on the first try.

It is pretty random in my case.

Intuit...Help!!!
