Installing Pro Series Basic 2023

I downloaded the program, but cannot install it. It keeps telling me that I have to close Quickbooks before installation will continue. The problem is that Quickbooks is not open.

But sometimes it is running without you realizing it.  Open up your task manager and shut QB down if you see it in task manager.

    Also in task manager even though it may not be showing in the Processes tab it may be open in the Details tab
