Illinois Automatic Withdrawl Payment
I'm trying to prepare an Illinois return for a client who is filing electronically and has a balance due. The program automatically check the box for Direct Deposit and when I try to change and check the box for Automatic Withdraw, it will not let me uncheck the direct deposit box and it says I need to check one box or the other when the program will not allow me to do that. What am I missing to get Illinois set up to automatically withdraw the taxes due on the 2020 tax return?
