How do I submit an enhancement request to Proseries Professional? The Prior Year Earned Income Election Smart Worksheet isn't so smart - it should have a box highlighted prompting the tax preparer to check "yes" or "no" to elect using the 2019 earned income for EIC purposes for the client. It can make a huge difference in the federal refund and in the state refund for those states where the EIC piggybacks off the federal EIC amount.
