How to stop PPR for 2017 and 2018 documents

I am trying to efile 2017 and 2018 taxes for client, but system shows that PPR something that I did not sign up for. How do I stop it.

If its asking you for money to file or print a return but you paid for unlimited filing, try updating you product licensing.

Top toolbar menu TOOLS > License Products

I am having the same problem. In ProSeries 2017, I go to tools then License Products. Then it shows me my name & address (does not give me "Verify Online" screen. I have done the install updates multiple times but it always give me the add $34 screen & won't let me print or efile. HELP!!!!

On that window with your Firm name and address, does it have an OK button? If you click OK does it show you a list of Products you have licenses for?

This is what mine looks like in my 2017 program for unlimited printing.
