How to convert data from ATX to ProSeries "BASIC"

Hello community,

I'm migrating from ATX to Pro-Series Basic. I research information how to convert data from one Tax software to Pro-Series and I found this link:

https://proconnect.intuit.com/support/en-us/help-article/convert-files/data-conversion-wizard/L3uV5j8xE_US_en_US?uid=l9hd0l81

However, I cannot find the Step 2: "...From the Import menu, select Client Data Conversion..." in Pro-Series BASIC.

Is this tool only available for Pro-Series Professional?

Indeed I am bouncing around out in community today.

You would want to go to Tools/Client Data Converstion and you should see the menu items for using the converter.

Hope this helps

One small problem - that looks like it is for Lacerte.  Check out this page:

Hello IRonMaN, thank you so much for your answer.

I followed the steps in that page (https://proconnect.intuit.com/proseries/data-conversion/) but the issue is in my 2021 Pro-Series Basic. I cannot see the import Client Data Conversion in Import Menu. However, if I open the Pro-Series Professional. That tool is available, but I bought the Basic Package.

Thank you for your answer in advanced.

Sorry, I have never used Basic so I'm not familiar with it's presentation.  Maybe someone using Basic will step in and point you in the right direction.
