How to change PDF Password

HI, 

 

We would like to print the password-protected PDF and the system automatcially set up the password as the SSN+City Name+Zipcode. Is there any way we can change the password to shorter like only use the last 6 digit of SSN?

Hi @Choy1234 , unfortunately there is no way to change this behavior at this time.

    I used to use the password protected pdf but found it to time consuming, cumbersome and restrictive. 

    Over the last few years, I've  gotten pretty comfortable with Intuit Link. Clients seem to like it better too.

    If at first you don’t succeed…..find a workaround
