How to change default printer settings

Software will not allow, I don't think, me to change printer settings so I can print client copy on both sides.

That's a printer setting, not a software setting. And you may not like 2-sided. When a form is an odd number of pages the next form prints on the back. I thought it looked weird to have page 1 on the back of a page and page 2 on the front of the next page so I stopped printing both sides.

I understand, but most software will give you the opportunity to print double sided. All other Intuit products allows for this.

I do not want the printer default to be double-sided.

Sorry,, but i have been really, really disappointed with Intuit software this year, on both sides client and helpdesk.

And if youre printing more than just the client copy, ALL copies would print front to back...and speaking from experience, when I get copies from new clients and theyre printed front to back, I hate them and hate the preparer that gave them to them that way!
