How to change code from prior year?

I get an error message because the program carried over the Ohio school district number on the 1099-G form as the locality code for the School District refund from the prior year. I cannot override it, or change it, (and I have tried several times) so I cannot eflie the return. This code has been the same and carried over from the past several years and is the first time it has caused a problem. I cannot change it on the Carryover worksheet or anywhere else in the program that I can locate. Does anyone know how I can fix this so I can eflie the return?

About a quarter of a way down on the Carryover Worksheet you will see a "Locality Tax Refund Information"  section for 2017, and you can change it there.
