How to attach Form to 1040

I can attach to the State but am not sure if the attachment for the federal is really attached to the federal taxes.

When you attach it to the federal, it tells you that it is attached.  If you successfully attached it, you should be to see it if you click e-file, attach pdf files.

    In the EFCenter you should see a little paperclip showing next to the federal return if something is attached to it.
