How do I request a refund on an erroneously processed return?

I initially processed an incorrect 990 tax return and in the wrong state.  How do I request a refund so I can reprocess the return?

You authorized the PPR fee for the wrong return? 

You have to call into Support for that, they can give you a manual bypass code over the phone.
