How do I enable Client Presentation cover when printing from Cloud Hosting

When printing taxpayer return from cloud hosting program, the client presentation summary page dose not appear among the items to be printed. Can someone tell me how to resolve this problem?

Probably not.  Printing has been a popular issue this year and when you throw "cloud" into the mix you get those unexpected thunderstorms, um, I mean unexpected behaviors.
