You can - but it's super limited in terms of what you can get out of the data.

 

Go to HOMEBASE on the menu and check it out. It's right there in the selection of the drop down list.

    Top menu bar   HOMEBASE  > Export Contacts

    or you can create a custom view for Homebase and Export View
