GA 500-X
Amending GA return and the software won't flow through from the Federal 1040X to the GA 500X. Should I just override the GA?

That's why it didn't fill in. Whenever you amend, you activate the federal amended, then activate the state amended, then go back and make the changes on the federal
Did you have to make lots of changes? If not, ditch the state amended form as is, then go back and undo the changes on Federal, then pop over to the state, activate the amended form again, then pop back over to Fed and make the changes, then everything will flow automatically.
Or you can use override and make all the entries yourself on the state amended return.
