Form 990 Schedule B errors

in preparing Form 990 Schedule B we receive an error code.  It affirms that we cannot input 501c3 code on Form 990 Schedule B. What is resolution to remove error code.

You have to answer yes on Part IV, page 3, question 2 to get 501(c)(3) to flow thru automatically.  Also have to have entered (c)(3) on information sheet as org type.
