Form 990-PF programming error?

Preparing a 990-PF.  If answer "yes" to Page 4, Section VII-A, line 9, software is supposed to enter "NONE" or "N/A" on Page 10, Part XIV, Line 3a, b, or c, Column E.  It has in past years, but for 2020, it didn't enter anything.  Causing an error condition.  Anybody come across this and have a work around?

Answer "yes" to Page 4, Section VII-A , Line 9 and Page 10 Part XIV, line 1b, 4942(j)(5) box also need to be checked. Then, the software will enter "NONE" or "N/A" on Page 10, Part XIV, Line 3a, b, or c, Column E.
