Form 8949 attach statements
In 2019, when we wanted to attach a pdf statement to support entries on Form 8949, the program allowed "Various" in both the Date Sold and Date Acquired fields. The 2020 input has changed and we have to enter on a 1099-B worksheet. The worksheet will not allow "Various" in the Date Sold field. It allows "Various" in the Date Acquired field, which is good. When we attach statements, both the dates acquired and the dates sold are various dates. What are we suppose to enter in the Date Sold field when we attach 1099-B statements that have various dates sold?
