form 8867

client return is filed as 'non paid preparer' yet review alerts to error related to paid preparer not having  filled out form 8867, paid preparer due diligence. both dependents pass the EIC criteria, 

can i be assured that this is just a glitch in the program and that it will not cause a red flag with the IRS.
