Form 8835

Form 8835 is showing for the Partnership return but is not applicable.  I try to remove this form but continues to show up. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Yeah, I played whack-a-mole with it too.  Finally I gave up and left it alone.  There are no numbers on it and I e-filed the return without any issues.

 I have Professional so things may different in Basis....    Is there data on the Fiscal Years Statement that is populating the 8835 ?     Is there data on the 8835 ?
