Form 4868 not efiling-"international" form issue

Trying to efile an extension, but getting error that Form 1116 is not ready for efiling.  Obviously that should not affect extensions.  Tried to efile an extension on a  2nd client with a Form 8938 and got a similar error.  Appears proseries settings for extensions not correct related to  "international"  type forms.  Any ideas?

Youre marking the box at the top of the 4868 to Freeze amounts flowing to the form? That seems to make the program ignore the errors on the return.
