The IRS disputes my submitted Form 2848 because the State Issuing block was not filled in but my JD Transact was attached.

Please recommend bet response.

Resubmit the 2848 with the state box completed. You can be right and IRS wrong, but you won’t win an argument over the 28248 if they think it is deficient even if it isn’t.
