Form 1116 efiling rejection

Received Error message F1116-004-02

I have attached PDF files for the Form 1116 and the Form 1116 Schedule B Reconciliation forms to the tax return when I e-filed. I have selected the Form 1116 for the Form 1116 and selected "other" for the Schedule B reconciliation form. When it asks for the description on either form, I stipulate page 1 and page 2 since the description cannot be identical. But when I select the Form 1116 which has 2 pages, I cannot change the description name to stipulate page 1 or page 2.

In my rejection notice it also says: 'ForeignTaxCrCarrybackOrOverAmt' has a non-zero value, then a binary attachment with description 'Form1116Schedule B' must be attached to 'ForeignTaxCrCarrybackOrOverAmt' and 'ForeignIncmSection951AInd' must not be checked.

When you send a PDF as an attachement, will it send all the pages?

I printed the Schedule B to a pdf file and attached the entire file.
