FORM 1042-S

Can anyone give me step-by-step instructions on how to enter form 1042-S in Proseries.  I have a client with form 1042-S for 2018, 2019 and 2020.  They show an income code of 16 and have withholding.  I can't figure out if I need to use 1040NR or 1040.  Either way, I don't see how to enter the form.  Any help?
