Fixed Asset Manager Saving Data

Working with Fixed Asset Manager 2022. Can't get client data to actually save when exiting the client or even during the entry of new assets. Staff has lost entire depreciation input when the program has locked up with 4 client depreciation schedules & 3 different staff members so far this year. How do we get the program to actually save data so it can be retrieved when the program locks up?

Every time you save an asset it saves that asset and save the entire data file.  I'm guessing but sounds like you need to delete the program and do a fresh install (it won't delete your data).  Test it with one asset.

If a carryover client from prior year when doing the transfer make sure you tell FAM to calculate and close the client.  This only affects the current year data file, not the prior year file.

We will try to reinstall to see if this solves our problems.
