fix duplicate ssn/ein

I have a fix duplicate ssn/ein with no client name listed on my efile database.  Someone earlier in the year said if you push alt/del or something as you are logging in to Proseries this will go away.  I can't remember the keys to push and can't get it off by homebase tune-up, maintenance or other sync keys
