When is Pro Series going to fix the financial institution download function. My clients are being told that they don't have an account at the institution or the data that downloads is blank.

Broken, just like prior tax year. Intuit is nothing if not consistent.

What's worse, they've had a year to fix this and they don't seem to care.

Obviously, Intuit hasn't responded to this nor has a solution proposed.

Intuit needs to offer refunds to users who have been defrauded each year for selling this component

of this software which has never worked. Good software, horrible company, and they could care less.

It actually worked fairly well for several years until about Mar 1 of last tax season. So far this year it doesn't seem to be working at all.

I agree that they shouldn't advertise that they have that as a portion of the software if they can't support or fix it.
