filing a 2021 final 1041 using 2020 forms

I  filed a 2020 Form 1041 for a trust and now need to file a short period return for 2021.  The 2021 forms are not out yet so i have been instructed to use 2020 forms.  Since I already have a 2020 return ... how do I process a second 2020 return with same ID#'s etc.  Thanks

The 2021 tax return using 2020 form will have to be paper filed. Please create a copy of existing 2020 tax return in ProSeries and use that copy for 2021 tax return preparation. Please cross off "2020" on the form and change it to "2021" before mailing it to agency.
