File recover from tmp file

In 20Data directory, I cannot locate a file ClientName.20I File, however see few ClientName.20I~[7 digits].tmp with a couple hundred KB data. How can I reconstruct the file from .tmp file. Thank you.

if you get rid of that extra junk on the end and just leave the file name ClientName.20I will it open?

    I removed filename trailing from ~, it became 20I file, when I tried to open it, error message, data cannot be read.
