File locked by another user

The power went off while I was in the middle of a return.  Now that the power has been restored I can not open that return.  The program says "file locked by another user".  I am a single user shop, so that can not be the case.  How do I fix this error so I can open this return and continue to work on it?  Thank you for your response!

Wear a mask.  Wash your hands.  Always use battery backup and surge protector.
