recieiving the following error message in proseries: "if IRS payment or IRS ESS payment record is present and 'PINTypeCd' in the Return Header has the value of "Pactitioner". then 'PractitionerPINGrp' and 'PrimaryPINEnteredByCd' and 'PrimarySignaturePIN' and 'PrimarySignatureDr and 'JuratDisclosureCd' must have a value in the Return Header.
