eSignature for MFJ

I am trying to send an esignature request to a couple who is filing jointly. It has the blocks for Taxpayer, but does not give me an option to add the spouse. (The 8879 clearly lists both spouses.) I've searched everywhere for a resolution, and everything points to a second set of blocks for the spouse's information below the taxpayer.....but those blocks aren't there.

Help! Anyone?

For the record, in case anyone else comes across this issue....I ended up calling customer support. The solution is to be sure you have an e-mail address for each spouse on the Federal Info Worksheet. That will trigger the second set of blocks.

The returns I have sent have separate email addresses for each spouse but the DocuSign esignature pages are not allowing the spouse to sign. How do get this to work. The returns are sent to just one taxpayer under a MFJ return
