eSignature for 2018 returns

I am trying to complete an eSignature in Proseries 2018.  The client says she signed the returns online, but it is not showing as signed in my software.  How to I get it to show as signed and access the signed efile authorization forms in Proseries 2018?

Is this a return you efiled? Client Info page shows the signature information....I don't understand your statement that client said she signed the return online. Who prepared the "signed" return?
