Esignature

Have anyone had an error on esignature that states "unable to performAction or unable to send eSignature request. I have verified the email and have also called support and they dont know what the erroris eiher. can someone please advise if you had the error and had to fix it, what did you do. I cannot get signatures for my clients and returns to file..

I have not seen that error.  There could be a tax form NOT ready and the system not telling you that there an issue. Check your tax form status
