Esignature

I am trying to send a return to a client for esignature.  I am getting an "unknown error" message.  I tried restarting computer and updating proseries.  Any suggestions?

no solution, rather, an additional issue--I have used esign once and it worked fine.  The second time I tried it sent the document from the the first client!  let me know if there is an issue you are aware of.
