Error warnings form 8867

If you accidently turn off error warning for 8867 does anyone know how to turn that feature back on? It is an annoying dialog box but somehow I have gotten use to it and now it is driving me crazy in a different way.  Thanks in advance.

Doesnt it come back once you restart the program? Seems like I have to turn off error warnings each day, they always come back.
