After installing ProSeries Basic on a new computer, I am trying to print a tax return and get this message "Can't get CLSID for PDF Creator Pilot"  Can anyone help me?

I know Ive seen this reported before, but I cant find any information on it. 

Im guessing it has something to do with the PDF drivers for your printer.

You said new computer, is Windows fully updated?  Have you installed updated printer drivers?

    I am encountering the error message "Can't get CLSID for PDF Creator Pilot.  This happens whenever I try to print or create a .pdf of the tax return.  I am able to print the client letter and I am able to print from other applications.
