electronically filing Oregon extension

ProSeries won't let me file the Oregon extension even though the federal ext was successfully efiled. The error message reads as follows: The Oregon return cannot be electronically filed until the electronic filing of the Federal Form 4868 is complete."

The electronic filing of the Federal Form 4868 is complete so I don't understand why the OR extension won't efile.

ProSeries does not support e-filing of the Oregon Extension, however Oregon recognizes the federal 4868 unless the taxpayer needs to pay a balance due to Oregon.
