EITC

I have a client that has 3 children she can claim for EIC. They lived more then half the year with her but when i go to review the dependent information is all cleared not showing so no credit. can someone please help!!! Ive never had this issue happen when only claiming EIC Credit

    The software has always been pretty solid with EITC.

    Camp is on the right track. Check all the dependent entries on the info worksheet and  filing status didn’t accidentally hit mfs.  Income, etc. I prepared a couple EITC returns recently with no issues.

    If at first you don’t succeed…..find a workaround
