EIC schedule is not calculating
Is anyone expericencing this situation? my first client no problem. But I've noted the next 2 return requiring the EIC calculation is missing. It is calculated to line 6..where the program suppose to take the earned income and calculate the credit but it is being left blank. I've called outside tech support hours? OR I thought we receive extended hours during tax season? Please advise thanks
