Efiling with unemployment

I have a client whose only income was from Unemployment. When I try to e file, it says I am unable to e file because his refund is larger than his income. Is this correct? Received $10640.   Withholdings of $ 1060 Refund $1060. Program says it must be mailed.

Is that really what it says? Or does it say you can't efile without some income on Lines x,y,z.

    you are right, that happens. Maybe because of the unemployment exemption. I did not know that. Thank you sharing.
