efiling amended return

I filed an amended form 1040 using the instructions from Pro Series.  When I went to efile it gave me the message that another taxpayer with the same SSN is present.  They instruction said click yes to continue to transmit but it would not file.  Any ideas?

thats becasue you made a copy and you didnt uncheck the EF boxes on the copy you made.
