Anyone having an issue Efiling?

Our returns are not going through the efiling system - we keep getting an error stating we should try again later.

Proseries claims that it's our internet provider's issue.

I had an issue a couple years ago like that.  It was on my end.    Have you powered off your modem, and reset it, just in case?   Sometimes a hard reboot cures what ails you.

Yup.

Seems like it's a Proseries problem. 

They said they're "opening up more ports" to help the e-filing traffic.

It may be servers in certain areas of the country that are having issues more than others, hope they get their act together where you are!

Efiled several over the last few days or so and had no problems.
