Efile transmission problem

Once I have selected the return for efiling and converted the selected file, I get this prompt: Return not transmitted.

Converting is the first step in the process.  Did you select “transmit”?

    There’s also an option for convert and transmit 

    If at first you don’t succeed…..find a workaround

      All of that was done.

      Then reboot your computer, convert the file and then transmit to see what happens.

        ....Then try tech support or toss the computer in a lake.

        Technology just isn't worth this level of frustration.
