Effective Rate

Has anyone else noticed that the effective rate is being incorrectly calculated?  Instead of calculating using the Taxable Income it is calculating using the AGI.

Seems like every year or so, there's a thread about how it calculates the "effective" tax rate.

Of course.  I don't recall when it ever calculated correctly.  I have chosen to do my calculation and ignore the one from ProSeries.
