EF Clients screen missing names, but other columns visible

All clients that i have transferred are listed under the 1040 tab, but on the EF Clients tab, it is distorted; names are missing, but the other columns are visible.

We've had that issue occasionally.  Try going to the homebase tab at the top and clicking on the reset current view or the refresh view.  It has worked for us.
