My federal and Missouri returns are set up to EF. Only the State shows up in the EF Center marked to file.

Sometimes the fed and state get spread out onto 2 lines that arent next to each other, could that be whats happening? Iff YOU click on the SSN column header it will arrange by SSN and you'll see if youve got both lines (fed and state) for that client.
