When I purchased Proseries 2021 in November 2021, I was prompted to signup for (and pay for) e-signature. I purchased a block of 50 signatures. However, they are not showing up in my 2021 software. How do I get access to the 50 signatures I purchased?
Same thing happened to me and I had bought signatures for TY 2020, not 2021. I called customer service and they refunded the cost and then sold me the right tax year. Check your receipt and see which year you purchased.
