E-filing PA 40X

I e-filed federal and PA originally. I did everything to get the e-filing 1040X and PA 40X, but the record to be e-filed does NOT appear in the EF Home Base.

Federal 1040 X appears in the HB, but not PA 40X. How can I e-file it if it doesn't appear in HB?

Several states were just added in the last month, I don't think they are "ready to go" yet.

CA showed up in the list too, but it doesn't work either.

Oddly enough, Intuit has updated the software prior to allowing the function to be used.
