I e-filed a tax return for a client on April 9, 2021. Pro-series e-fling history shows the return was accepted on April 9, 2021. It was a direct deposit refund return.
Taxpayer is a resident of Florida, so there was no State tax return filed.
The IRS has no record of receiving the return for this taxpayer.
I have confirmed the SSN of the taxpayer. We filed for the taxpayer in 2018 and 2019 also
with no problems.
How do I confirm with Pro-Series the return was actually filed ?
Can Pro-Series trace the filing through ?
